Trinidad’s founder, Brian Ortiz, grew up in a family HVAC business, that prided itself in providing the industry’s finest Preventative Maintenance and Emergency Service. Brian’s always believed that there is a need for a Facility Maintenance and Service Division within the General Contracting Industry. Our self-perform capabilities have always allowed us to provide emergency service and building maintenance for many of our customers, which has set us apart from our competitors.
Over the years, we began to place some of our most talented construction workers in Service Vehicles, outfitted with the latest tools and technology to provide service to our clients. This work has become a staple of our account based approach to service our customers, and allowed us to work everywhere from retail stores to food and beverage manufacturing facilities.
In 2021, we took the unprecedented step of building an actual service division, within our General Contracting company. The key step was creating the position of Service Manager, and providing a support staff to respond to emergency service calls and building maintenance repairs in a very specific way. Our clients have responding with overwhelming support, which has included a new service customer utilizing our team on over 1,000 projects in the first six months alone.
Projects range from emergency building repairs, to life safety corrections, to refresh and interior repairs. We currently service our clients in 13 states: Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Ohio, Minnesota, Nebraska, Missouri, Kentucky, Tennessee, Kansas and North Dakota.
