One of the key principles of Lean Construction is early involvement between the Owner and Contractor, and one of Trinidad’s greatest areas of focus is getting to know and understand our clients’ expectations. Through years of experience we partner with the owner, and often the design team, to ensure that you are getting what you want.
Our account based approach to our client relationships allows us to bring a team that is familiar with the owner to each project. This includes Account Managers, Account Superintendents, and our Account Pre-Construction Team.
