Trinidad’s Founder, Brian Ortiz, has 25+ years of experience working in Industrial Facilities and numerous Food and Beverage Manufacturing Facilities.  This includes specific expertise in Process Piping Installations, from his 15 years as a member of Pipefitter’s Union Local 597.   Brian grew up around Industrial Construction, watching his father build Braidwood Nuclear Power Plant for 13 years.

Since 2012, Trinidad has provided plant maintenance, remodel, and general contractor services at Mondelez International’s Chicago Nabisco Bakery.  Mondelez International is a multi-national confectionery, food & beverage conglomerate employing over 100,000 people world-wide.

The iconic Nabisco bakery, located in Chicago’s South Side, is the world’s largest commercial bakery, comprised of over 1.8 million square feet.  The facility employs more than 1,500 workers and produces almost 320 Million pounds of product annually.
