Challenge

Execute remodels of the highest traffic areas of department stores; including Downtown Flagship locations.

Solution

Work is done in phases, with staggered starts. Full, painted, drywall enclosures were built around each phase, allowing the store to remain fully operational during construction.

Trinidad Construction has been a preferred Macy’s contractor since 2013. We have successfully completed renovation projects within occupied stores throughout Illinois & Indiana. These fast-tracked installations often occurred at multiple sites, at the same time to meet specified launch date.
