Trinidad has built a team of outstanding and experience retail Project Managers, Superintendents and Field Forces. Our specialty is executing complex projects in occupied facilities. Our goal is to safely and quickly complete our projects, without disrupting sales, or impacting the shopper experience. We specialize in large roll-outs and have completed as many as 60 distinct retail projects in one week. We have also completed an around-the-clock, $1 Million full-store remodel in just five days. Our ability to self-perform work, including fixturing, allows us to control the project schedule, quality, and customer experience.
